If you're looking for a good laptop for Quickbooks, you can choose between Acer Aspire 5 or Dell Inspiron 15 5593. Both perform well and comes with an affordable price tag.

You're facing this issue because of the Celeron processor where opening more than one page in the browser slowing it down to a crawl. We recommend you to go for Acer Aspire E 15 or Acer Aspire 5 that comes with Intel's 8th and 10th generation processors respectfully. I work as an accountant with many different clients and I use both desktop and QB Online. I often have 10+ pdf files and multiple spreadsheets and browser windows open going back and forth between desktop files. I’m tired of spending so much time opening files. I am wasting time. I need something that is not so sluggish. My current laptop is a Dell but only has a celeron processor at 1.6ghz. Is this why things are so slow or is it because I have too many files open (only 1 qb file at a time)?

Hello,

I am going to be taking over accounting for my boyfriend’s business. They currently are PC users. I have a MacBook Pro that I was thinking of putting the desktop version but I want to make sure things are still interchangeable through Quickbooks (and I do not think they are pc to Mac). What is your suggestion for someone who isn’t so PC savvy? I want to make sure it has enough durability, speed, and storage. Thanks.

Hello I’m looking for a unicorn i think. I’m looking for a laptop that will run quickbooks that is touch screen and can turn into a tablet BUT the keyboard needs to have the numeric keypad. I will be using this is a primary business computer, I will also need to print invoices etc. Does such a thing exist?
